Well done to everyone involved in bringing home the first Silverware (and indeed hardware) of the season !
A great day was had by all as Smarden 'A' romped home to the Egerton Soccer Six Title.
Under genial leadership the team were able to truly express themselves and peak at just the right time, the Final, when with two finely taken goals the spoils were deservedly ours !
To round the days work off nicely we scooped the raffle, a sizable wheelbarrow full to the very brim with continental lagers and fine wine !
Heres hoping this a sign of things to come for both Smarden and Troggs in the coming campaign.
