Things took a twist in the Premier division title race this weekend with Kennington droping points with a 2 - 2 draw and Market Hotel going down to Brewmasters. With Troggs not in action thier rivals would have seen this as an ideal chance to gain vital points but both sides failed to fully seize the opportunity. This have left the league wide open with all three teams still to play each other again this campaign

The Table looks like this following the results at the weekend.
The interesting thing is, as the gaffa pointed out at training last night, only bethersden have the points and games in hand to go above us on points.
Kennington can win their two in hand to give them 18 points, and they would then have a better goal difference so would be ahead of us.
Bromley green can only get to 14 points on the same games as us
Bliby can get to 15.
brews can get to 17,
but bethersden can get to 21, 3 ahead of us...should they win all 4 games in hand.
We always said it was better to have the points on the board!!
We are still very much in this title race, Cavaliers on sunday who will no doubt be looking to bounce back from their 11-0 drubbing.
A point behind market now on the same games but we still have them to play so its game on!!
sounds good logga!! thanks for trying for a scarf, i'm going to old trafford next week so all good!
Saturday we are away to aldington and sunday at home to cavaliers. _________________ Troggs Stats (Since 05/06):

[in the style of tanya, the croupier from lock stock] Alright log. Sounds like a good holiday, wp. As for the league, it's wide open but we have a great shot to pull off a shock league victory! I can't see Bethersden winning all there games so game on _________________ Root baby root!

Just noticed brews could also go above us as they've got 4 games in hand not 3 as i thought!
anyway, brews, bethersden and kennington can't possible ALL win ALL their games in hand as some will be against each other, so i reckon we're genuinely 2nd or 3rd, plus its all cup games this weekend for the others so 3 points on sunday will put as back TOP! ...for a week at least.
