NADEN COULD STEP UP TO TAKE TROGGS JOBWord coming out of the Troggs camp is that Pete "loppy" Naden could make the step up from the reserves to take on the first team once more. Graham Stocker left the managerial post at cornes meadow last week by mutual consent and assistant Ben Gibbs stepped in but it is believed this was only in a caretaker capacity.
If Naden is appointed it will be an emotional return for the manager that led the Troggs to division 1 promotion in 07/08 season only to step down just weeks before the start of the premier league season. Naden has revolutionised the goons this season already beating last years 3 win tally in the first 6 games. Its believed that Gibbo would happily step aside, moving back into the assistant role, paving the way for Naden, and Matt "lil bill" Smith would take on the Troggs reserves.
Loppy was unavailable for comment but a club spokesman issued a statement on his behalf merely stating his catchphrase "Loppy loves it when a plan comes together"
