SMARDEN FC CUP FINAL THIS MONDAY 11AM AT LYDDSmarden Face Lydd Reserves in the Cup Final at 11am down in Lydd on Bank Holiday Monday.Smarden look to restore some pride in a so far dissapointing season which has seen them miss out on promotion to East Malling and Hunton, two sides they know they can compete with. Lydd currently sit rock bottom of the Kent County Reserve's Division East with a dismall league record of just 3 wins in 23 games. Unlike Troggs counterpart Nayden, Arch does not believe in cup final suits and ties or minibuses and has told his payers to treat this game like any other fixture. After agonisingly missing out on promotion and losing the sunday cup final, the smarden players will be hoping to put all that behind them and enjoy long awaited cup final success. |
