Moon is the highest scoring midfielder with 7 Goals, although he did score 2 pens (out of 2) and twice played up top, scoring 2 in one of those games, which would technically make tommy the highest scoring midfielder with 4, all from center mid and open play.

nice stat work, i love it. I thought as skipper this year it was only right to be available every game. I think it's been a good first prem season and we can build on this boys, well done to every one. Laughing

Fascinating stuff Georgie boy. Good work. How much did you make up?

A centre forward has to be the number one objective before next season. Not necessarily a out and out goal scorer (although that would be nice) but I think a target man to put himself about, hold the ball up and link with Roff, Matty or Moon would be the ideal. Defensively the boys have worked their socks off, and if Loppy is available regularly next season that would be great. I think Log has been fantastic this year when he has played and ditto for Tony and Bruce (although Tony would be even better with more sleep and less beer on a Saturday night and Bruce's games as sweeper would be enhanced with a louder voice.)

Nothing more need be said about our keeper that hasn't already been said, and big respect to the gaffer and the skip who have been 100% committed to the club.

I could go through and give comments about all of you - and I may do over the next few days - but I can't be bothered at the mo.

Yeah your right Tom about the type of player we need. Thats probably it though, I don't think we need more than 1 maybe 2 players to make a title challenging squad!

Sorry Vindi, I'll correct it now. I can't believe I've let everyone down with such a massive error. I can only apologise and hand in my resignation as club stato. What shame I've brought on my family.

Tommy has AT LEAST one more year in him!

Teddy Sheringham and Gordan Strachan still played Premiership football in their 40's (the oldest ever was John Burridge -Man City keeper 43!) so Tom can keep going at our level well into his 50's. Actually on that note, so could marcus if he can get fit and stay injury free he's still one of the best strikers about!

George i cant believe you average about 1 goal every 3 games.
You must have scored a bucket load before i joined.
Next season you need to score more goals.

first 2 years i got nearly 1in2 brown one, you were there for one of the seasons, but then back then, in 0506 in div 2 gibbo got 16 in 17, adamson 25 in 21 moon 18 in 18 so everyone scored more goals!!

I only started 4 games center mid so got 3in4 Wink

...I'll be fit next year and i'll get more goals don't worry.
