Stocks & Arch sign extensions whilst lops takes on goonsStocker and Arch sign 1 year contraction extensions whilst Loppy takes on the goons.
Following the annual meeting of those troggs and smardens players who can be arsed (same people every year?!) the following has been decided:
Troggs
The club have announced that Stocker will continue in his role as Sunday manager and is widely expected to name skipper Paul Newman as his number 2 in the next few days. The first manager to do more than 1 season since I've been here wooo!!
Goons
Tim archer has stood down as the goons manager paving the way for a return to management for Pete Naden, one major boost to the goons is that they now have arguably the clubs best center back every week! Veteran Striker (/sweeper??) and youth manager Marcus Pearce has taken on the assistant role.
Smarden
Tim -its not smarden without him- Archer has commited to another year Saturday management and has appointed Tony Carty as his number 2 in case he cannot make any games next season.
Back Room Staff
Arch remains club chairman, Bruce and "secretary of the year" Arch remain in their saturday and sunday secretarial roles respectively, Will remains sunday treasurer and loppy (/debs) will be saturday treasurer.
In other news Training is every Thursday (7pm) and Sunday (11am) from, well yesterday, and attendance is mandatory for players plus friends on the 15th Aug for the Flyer Fund raiser-kareoke that will be funding the new Troggs kit (thanks gaynor!)
Also we might be doing a fund raiser to the dogs soon, details to follow (ask bruce...)
