THE BLEEP TEST THREAD

Stocks is planning a few bleep tests throughout pre season and it will be a good way to track fitness progress. Heres the first round results: I've added estimated V02Max

Bleep Test minimum is 5+ for the police, 8.5+ for the army and 12.5+ for the marines, although ideally they look for 14.5+

I think by the start of the season everyone should be over 10 pushing 11 and for midfielders or those keen to prove themselves fit, should be looking at 12+

You make me laugh tho, i would be much fitter if i didn't have to work all the time (27 days straight!) and could go to the gym/swimming 4 or 5 times a week Confused

i would be much fitter if i hadn't broke my arm and weren't allowed to run play football etc! -I'm not gonna be anywhere near match fit, haven't kicked a ball for 3 months so it would be close i reckon! everyone should have another go though, should be fitter by now i would expect
