Right Minibus from http://www.discountcar-hire.co.uk/car8.html is £265 which gets you it friday till monday. They drop it off and pick it up.

You have to be over 25 to drive it. Bruce said he would, but prob need someone else to share the trips.

Can get a 17 seater (same price as 15seater)

So if we work on say 15 peeps which is 5 rooms at the hotel at £69 a night = £690, + £265 minibus hire = £955 /15 =£63 per head. bargain! Budget for £75 and we'll chuck whats left in the whip.

Right i'm guessing we should book some stuff, so how should we do it?? take a deposit of everyone... or £75 off everyone? better to get the £75 out of the way as early as possible so you can just think about beer tokens nearer the time.

What we really need to do now is to fix a date! Then i can confirm the friendlies and we can book hotel etc.

So whens good. Chatting to steveo we reckoned make it part of pre season so i was thinking late july early aug. How about first weekend in august Friday 3rd -Sunday 5th????

Just a thought, but if the bus is full, which i hope it will be, were gonna need some space for the kit, luggage, hair products etc.....

Right, i've sorted me shift pattern to accomodate Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th August, so c'mon lets get this baby booked.

I suggest a 'meet' in the Flyer to hand over some cash to Dykey who's booking it all, or social sec' Steveo, lets get this tour on track otherwise it won't happen.
