With the troggs having a massive squad this Season, Loppy faces a huge task on picking the right team for the cup final.

A.Brown-Massive part of the troggs success in his first season in goal, perhaps beyond doubt the best GK in the league.
Chances of starting 100%

B.Gibbs-Been impressive this season, with pace down the right but should start as continental trips have put his place in doubt.Club Captain
Chances of starting 90%

BOB-Been Mr Consistant at Left Back never lets the team down, faces stiff competition from troggs 'wild man' LOG
Chances of starting 50%

LOG-Been out through injury currently, never lets the side down although has a discipline problem at times.
Chances of starting 50%

L.Hollinsbee-Been near enough solid all year.
Chances of starting 90%

G.Stocker-Troggs man for over 10 years now missed a lot of the season through suspension and work.
Chances of starting 25%

T.Carty-Excellent throughout the season.
Chances of starting 60%

C.Dyer- Mr Versatile-never lets the team down might miss out due to excessive holidays!
Chances of starting 33%

R.Moon-The so called 'star' of the team had a very poor season, but always a matchwinner on the big occasion.
Chances of starting 75%

G.Dyke-Impressive through the season a bit over-weight a must to start
Chances of starting 100%

P.Newman- Again impressive in midfield the 'mouth' in midfield
Chances of starting 80%

T.Carlton-Goes on like a fine wine, adds experience and guile to the midfield a manager on the pitch so too speak.
Chances of starting 90%

R.Holinsbee-Hot and cold through the season may miss out though
Chances of starting 25%

A.Adamson- Struggled with fitness this year over weight and a whinger
Chances of starting 40%

A. Roffey- Most improved player this year a 'bulldozer' up front
Chances of starting 85%

M.Pearce- Clinical finisher-will start.
Chances of starting 100%

M.Dyke- Struggled this year due to big squad might even struggle for the bench.
Chances of starting 1%

LOPPY- Player/Manager- Getting old but still does a Job-likely to be Manager and not feature.
Chances of starting 1%

Who wrote this then? windy?

Me and pearce and brown the only 100% starters?! The question for me is center back or center midfield??

Richard Moon has to start but then again he came off the bench in the quarters and the semis!

No offence to Tony Carty cos he's been good all season, no fuck it full offence to Tony Carty cos it was his fault i played center back, you can't pull out of the semi the day before and then start the final.

Got to feel sorry for 'Mr Troggs' Stocker, mug that job off mate we need ya back!

I agree, fucking hard to pick a 'best' 11 from our squad who have all played such an important role in getting us to the position we are in now... It's without doubt that the strenth and depth we have is the reason we are 2nd in the league with a good chance of playing premiership football next year and in one cup final with a shot at another still!! As Windy puts it there are only 2 or 3 of us who can expect to start, so i hope we can all remember on the day that decisions will not have been made lightly and that everyone of us has played an important role in getting this football club to its best postion in 15 years.. Come April 20th we all celebrate together as the mighty Troggs Lift the Div 1 trophy!!!

I for one trust the gaffer completely (ahem, Dyke can you confirm that Loppy reads these??  Laughing ) so choose not to discuss who should and who shouldn't start in the final next month but a different topic Windy brought up in his post...

"Perhaps beyond doubt" ..... Oxymoron or not??
