Smarden have one league fixture remaining - Blue Eagles away a week saturday. Its a must win fixture but the result alone is not enough to secure promotion. Smarden will rely on the plight on blue eagles in their remaining fixtures to secure promotion.
Blue Eagles don't have it easy though as they face East Malling twice and tough away trips to Saxon and Aylesford with their 4 games in hand over smarden.
Smarden are 8 points clear of blue Eagles currently and can make that 11 when they meet in a week. Eagles face East Malling this weekend and if they lose to them a us then promotion is secured. If Eagles triumph over East Malling yet lose to smarden, they will then need 3 wins vs East Malling, Saxon and Aylesford to pip Smarden to second spot.
