Summer Transfer Rumours have begun in earnest with Bethersden among a number of leading premier clubs said to be after the services of Troggs shot stopper Aaron Brown. Brown, a club record signing, was brought to the club 2 years ago and has had a major part in back to back promotions and 2 cup final appearances, despite never picking up a winners medal. Brown has often been the subject of transfer speculation with Bromley Green once trying to sign him at half time during a cup match with the Troggs.

Brown has revealed that Bethersden have made contact with the intention to sign him before the end of this season in time for their season run in which sees them chasing a quadruple with the league and 2 further cup semi finals to add to the premier cup which they secured at the weekend with a 3-0 win over Market.

Although tempted by trophies Brown has stated his desire to stay at Troggs and hopes to see out his career with the Smarden outfit and hopes long term to secure a more to the village. The news is expected to anger Troggs manager Graham Stocker as we believe that no official contact was made to the club and no approval was given to talk to Brown.

Brown did not reveal the name of the Bethersden player at the center of the tapping up scandal but many Smardeners will know where to point the finger

Why would aaron want to play for you mugs who have hissy fits and start arguing amoungst each other when you lose when he can play with his mates. That's what you boys don't and probably will never have, friendship. We all play together on both weekend days because we are actually friends. keep away from our players, you inbreds!

I've had nearly had 3 great years at troggs and love every minute of it.
We have a good side and are all mates.
So to put the record straight im not leaving troggs.

I would love it if ferguson or benetiz reacted like stocks just did when one of their players is tapped up. Would be classic, can you imagine the look on the face of georgie thompson with stock gunning her down like that...er...
